SKABETTI

Skabetti is a cookbook and a memoir dedicated to my grandfather. The recipes inside are the meals my family enjoyed as I was growing up. Each one holds special memories of the love our grandfather showed us through his cooking.

The book is hand bound with the coptic stitch method and a hard cover case. The recipes are all developed by Ashley Gabales and the book was edited by Esther Schneider.
